The campaign calls attention to Google’s YouTube TV and its plan to discriminate against Hispanic viewers by removing Univision from its main programming bundle on September 30. YouTube TV will force millions of Hispanic viewers to pay an 18% premium – a “Hispanic tax” – to maintain access to trusted Spanish-language news, sports, and entertainment.

Mexican Rodeo Extravaganza, Bar None, The Best Rodeo Show In The Country!

One of the major attractions of the National Western Stock Show each year is The Mexican Rodeo Extravaganza. This production truly has it all, in one place, in one show. It’s an all in one rodeo experience. From mutton busting, to bull riding, bareback riding, the Westernaires trick riding and even matador bull fights. All in all, there are 25 distinct performances over the two hour extravaganza. Lopez will be the first Hispanic American to win the award. He’s a four-time nominee for the Pulitzer Prize and the author of “The Soloist,” a New York Times bestseller that inspired a film of the same name starring Robert Downey Jr. as Lopez. In 2020, the Pulitzer Prize Board lauded his “purposeful columns about rising homelessness in Los Angeles, which amplified calls for government action to deal with a long- visible public crisis.”
